Ubuntu - Stop "System program problem detected" error

On a fresh install of Ubuntu / Xubuntu, you may see this error:

We just need to edit one file to remove this error:

(Instead of gedit, feel free to use your favourite text editor - mousepad for example)

Look for the line mentioning:

Change it to:

Save and close the text editor.
